Verde River - TAPCO Diversion to Beasley Flat COA

This is a high priority management unit that is intensively stocked with trout. While this section has a primary management emphasis for sport fish recreation, it should be managed in concert with the secondary management objective of native aquatic species conservation. This section supports a mixed assemblage of species, and there is opportunity to enhance the native aquatic species component while maintaining the intensively-managed rainbow trout fishery.
