Mescal Creek (Dripping Springs Wash-Gila River) COA

The Mescal Creek management unit will be managed primarily for self-sustaining populations of native fish. Non-listed native fish can be stocked into the fishless portion upstream of the waterfall. The smaller-bodied native fish and desert suckers should be stocked first, and given a year or two to establish before roundtail chub are stocked.
