Knight Creek Complex COA

Knight Creek Complex is a medium-priority water. Management recommendations include stocking native fish as needed and monitoring aquatic species populations and habitat conditions. Until a few years ago, no fish species occurred in Knight Creek and Penitentiary Canyon. In 2018, speckled dace and longfin dace were stocked into Knight Creek and speckled dace and desert sucker were stocked into Penitentiary Canyon. Lowland leopard frogs have not been observed in this management unit. These native fish stockings and frog translocations will expand their range in the Bill Williams Drai
