Arizona Wildlife Conservation Strategy

Home Creek (Upper Black River) COA

Home Creek is a tributary to the West Fork Black River and will be managed for Apache trout recovery in this complex of associated tributaries to the West Fork. The stream will be managed for a self-sustaining population of native fish, primarily Apache trout and speckled dace. There is currently very minimal year-round trout habitat present in Home Creek due to lower water flows and habitat issues.
