Gorge Canyon COA

Gorge Canyon is a high-priority management unit with robust populations of headwater chub and desert sucker present and generally high native fish potential. Initial management priorities include additional surveys and inventories since more additional habitat likely exists in upstream areas. Green sunfish are present in at least the lower portion of the drainage. Suppression of green sunfish and identification of a potential barrier site should be considered.
