East Fork Little Colorado River - Fish barrier to headwaters COA

The East Fork Little Colorado River upstream of the constructed fish barriers and Colter Dam will be managed as an Apache trout recovery stream. The stream will have a secondary management emphasis to support self-sustaining populations of speckled dace and bluehead sucker. All of these species are currently present in this management unit.
