Arizona Wildlife Conservation Strategy

Copper Creek (Sycamore Creek-Agua Fria River) COA

The Copper Creek management unit will be managed primarily for native amphibians, and potentially for a self-sustaining population of native fish. A temperature logger will be installed in the largest pool below the waterfall near Copper Spring to determine if the site is perennial. If perennial, Gila topminnow should be stocked to establish a population.
