Ash Creek and George Wise Spring are currently occupied by non-native green sunfish. Future management actions may involve the removal of green sunfish so that Gila topminnow can be introduced to the system. Gila topminnow were previously detected in a single pool in Ash Canyon, but the origin of these fish is unknown.
